Bvlgari’s Serpenti Infinito Exhibits India’s Elegance at NMACC Mumbai

Mumbai, India — After enchanting audiences in Shanghai and Seoul, Bvlgari’s traveling exhibition Serpenti Infinito has now coiled its way to Mumbai, making its highly anticipated India debut at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC). The show opened with a glamorous, star-studded preview on October 1, 2025, and is open to the public from October 2 to 17 at the Art House. Dedicated to the maison’s iconic Serpenti motif, the exhibition offers a multi-sensory journey that blends high jewelry, art, technology, and mythology.

What the Bvlgari Serpenti Infinito Exhibition Brings to Mumbai

Curated by Nature Morte under the creative direction of Sean Anderson, the exhibition features more than 75 works by 23 Indian and international artists, spanning media from traditional sculpture and painting to digital art and immersive installations.

Archival Bvlgari treasures are also on display, including vintage Serpenti jewelry, timepieces, and leather goods, some of which had never before been exhibited publicly in India. A standout piece is Infinito: AI Data Sculpture by Refik Anadol, an immersive installation in a mirrored, 360-degree room that transforms natural serpent forms via AI and machine learning.

Themes underscored in the exhibit include the snake or nāga in Indian mythology, the serpentine as a symbol of transformation, eternity, and the crossover of Eastern tradition with Western luxury aesthetics.

Glamour, Style & Celebrity Presence

The opening evening was nothing short of spectacular, with prominent personalities from Indian film, fashion, and business turning out in full glamour to celebrate. Priyanka Chopra Jonas served as the evening’s luminous anchor, turning heads in a white gown accentuated by a dramatic Bvlgari statement neckpiece.

Meanwhile, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Keerthy Suresh, Triptii Dimri, Khushi Kapoor, and Sara Tendulkar also graced the event, each making distinct style statements with Bvlgari pieces.

  • Priyanka’s neckpiece, a signature Serpenti coil, drew attention as the centerpiece of her look—a melding of luxury branding and red carpet theater.
  • Tamannaah’s diamond choker and matching studs, offset by her pastel outfit, demonstrated how Serpenti designs can play across tones and textures with elegance.
  • The Ambani duo, especially Isha, featured Serpenti necklaces with precious stones (including tanzanites, tourmalines, rubies, and diamonds) that showcased Bvlgari’s more ornate take on the serpent motif.

Why We Love the Bvlgari Serpenti Infinito Exhibition in Mumbai

Serpenti Infinito isn’t simply a display of jewelry—it’s a cultural engagement. By juxtaposing Bvlgari’s Serpenti heritage with Indian mythological symbolism, the exhibition becomes a two-way mirror: it reflects both global luxury design and local narrative traditions.

For many attendees, it’s the first chance to see rare archival Serpenti pieces in India, some too delicate or exclusive to travel previously. The event also underscores the rising significance of India in global luxury dialogues. Luxury houses are investing not just in stores, but in storytelling, exhibitions, and immersive experiences for discerning audiences.
